Another Broken Egg Cafe Welcomes Four New Locations


The revolutionary “NextGen Casual” brand that reinvented the brunch experience for enthusiastic fans across the country, opened four new locations in December and January.

Known for its chef-inspired dishes with an artisan twist that are “delightfully” delicious, and full bars hosted by mixologists serving today’s trending tastes, Another Broken Egg Cafe now appeals to brunch palates in Gilbert, in Arizona; Columbus and Sandusky, Ohio; as well as Port Orange, Florida.

Gilbert’s franchise location is Another Broken Egg Cafe’s first coffee shop in Arizona. Steve Christensen and Reid Richards, the talented team of owners who brought the brand to the state, opened the new brunch destination at a popular dining, shopping and entertainment hub in attractive suburban Phoenix. They bring extensive experience in multi-brand and multi-unit restaurant ownership and operation to the growth of the Another Broken Egg Cafe brand in the region.

Additionally, recent Columbus and Sandusky cafe openings bring the total number of cafes in Ohio to 7, spread across the southern, central, and northern sections of the state from Cincinnati to Cleveland. Morning Chef, LLC, the franchise owner and operating group of 4 Another Broken Egg Café locations in the area, opened these last two cafes.

Demonstrating the company’s commitment to continued expansion through company-owned and operated units, it also just opened in Port Orange, Florida. This is the first cafe in Volusia County for Another Broken Egg Cafe and the 21st cafe in the state.

In addition to the four recent openings, Another Broken Egg Cafe, which is the largest franchise brand active in the brunch industry, welcomed ten new cafes to its system in 2021.

This year, up to 18 total locations across the United States are expected to open.
