APPLETON – Two businesses – one new and one in a new location – are operational on the ground floor of the 320 East apartment building in downtown Appleton.
All Tied Up Floral Cafe, 324 E. College Ave., opened Aug. 4 after moving from its previous location at N474 Eisenhower Dr. in Buchanan, where it had been operating since October 2017.
Owner Aaron Phillipson had hoped to open the new store in early May, but encountered construction delays.
All Tied Up offers not only coffee, but also a full-service bakery, full-service florist, giftware, bath and body products, and home decor. He also does weddings and other events.

There is a breakfast menu with egg sandwiches, toast, oatmeal and “quick bites”. The lunch menu offers salads, paninis and soup.
The ambiance of the interior, by B. Lewis Design, is warm and cozy, with comfortable seating and lots of greenery.
All Tied Up is the latest of several cafes that opened in downtown Appleton last year, including Lawlss Coffee at 233 E. College Ave. and Bakehouse Travelers at 201 W. College Ave.
All Tied Up is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
Next door at 322 E. College Ave., Yoga3 had its grand opening on Saturday and began its full class schedule on Monday.
This is the second Yoga3 hot yoga studio opened by owner Kenzi Weidman, following her Neenah studio at 1566 Lyon Drive.
Yoga3 uses infrared heating panels in the ceiling to circulate heat throughout the studio.
Like All Tied Up, Yoga3 has experienced construction delays but, as Weidman said in March, it looks forward to “bringing more yoga opportunities to the Fox Valley community.”
