Glasgow cafe Singl-end partners with Lees of Scotland for limited edition pastries

One of Glasgow’s top brunch lovers has teamed up with Lees of Scotland to create a delicious range of limited edition baked goods.

Singl-end is well known for its wide range of fresh treats prepared daily.

Now, alongside Lees of Scotland, they have incorporated iconic Scottish produce into their recipes for a heavenly culinary pairing.

Speaking about the partnership, Franta Mcharg, Head Baker at Singl-end Café and Bakehouse, said: “We are delighted to partner with Lees of Scotland for our first product collaboration.

“We love cheeky snowballs and are always looking for ways to offer something different to our customers.

“We hope everyone will enjoy our creations. »

It’s not just a classic snowball that has inspired the new additions to the cake table at Garnethill Café.

Expect to see Vanilla Teacake Sponge Cake, Eton Mess Rocky Road, Snowball Cake, Teacake Empire Biscuit and an alcoholic or non-alcoholic hot chocolate on the menu for just a few days.

Clive Miquel, CEO of Lees of Scotland, said: “We really admire Singl-end’s commitment to quality products and customer service and it’s clear we both share a love for sweets, so this partnership made perfect sense.

“It’s a great way to showcase the many ways you can enjoy our snowballs, tea cakes or meringues and I can’t wait to taste them all!”

The collaborative range of cakes and pastries will be available from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th September and from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th September at Singl-end Garnethill.
