Like the allure of playing cat-and-mouse in the romance department, there’s something very appealing about scoring a hard-to-get tasty dish. From searing barbecue to time-consuming boat noodles selling out at lunch, Houston has plenty of conquests worthy of revamping your schedule. The 30 Count Burger at Annie Cafe & Bar is such a dish.
As the name suggests, the burger is made at 30 each night. The 30 Count Burger is also available at lunch, as the Post Oak Burger, but it’s during dinner service that supply is limited. “If someone really wants one at dinner, they need to get there early and get it,” said Ben Berg, owner of The Annie’s parent company, Berg Hospitality.
