The Qmin app was launched when the pandemic disrupted the hospitality industry in 2020. The concept was proposed in association with chef Sanjeev Kapoor and served a million doctors and nurses for the pandemic. Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) then expanded the brand to introduce a gourmet lifestyle store concept, Qmin Shop, as well as Qmin On The Move, a food truck that catered to the need for meals on the go.
Since its launch in 2020, Qmin has rapidly expanded to 19 cities, offering comfort food as well as IHCL restaurant favorites, including iconic brands such as Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger.
