Ruby’s of Tunbridge Wells: new vegan patisserie and cafe announces opening date

The wait is almost over for one of Tunbridge Wells’ most exciting new openings. The Ruby’s team from Tunbridge Wells have been busy preparing their new home in the spacious former Patisserie Valerie restaurant in Monson Road.

It could be described as being in a privileged position, as it is opposite the Amelia Scott Cultural, Heritage and Arts Center which opened on April 28. seasonal stews and wedding cakes.

It will sell sweet and savory products as well as cakes for special occasions and celebrations, which can be ordered online and delivered locally. And people can also eat inside.
