The wait is almost over for one of Tunbridge Wells’ most exciting new openings. The Ruby’s team from Tunbridge Wells have been busy preparing their new home in the spacious former Patisserie Valerie restaurant in Monson Road.
It could be described as being in a privileged position, as it is opposite the Amelia Scott Cultural, Heritage and Arts Center which opened on April 28. seasonal stews and wedding cakes.
It will sell sweet and savory products as well as cakes for special occasions and celebrations, which can be ordered online and delivered locally. And people can also eat inside. There will be breakfast and lunch, Monmouth coffee, Bird and Blend loose leaf teas, fresh juices and “premium pantry and gift items”.

And if her London shop’s menu is anything to go by, when Ruby’s of Tunbridge Wells opens on Tuesday, May 17, it will include plant-based sausage rolls, quiches and pastries.
