After OnlyFans, online personality Titus Low moved on to a new venture, Only Creamery.

The ice cream parlor, which is slated to open “soon” in Chinatown, posted a job posting in July 2022.

Low, 22, is recruiting for two positions: service crew and operations manager.

The service team must prepare drinks and desserts, recommend flavors to customers, as well as perform cashier and cleaning tasks.

Salary for full-time employees was not listed, just listed as “negotiable”.

Part-time workers will be paid S$10-12 per hour.

F&B Operations Manager

The second role comes with a lot more responsibilities.

According to Only Creamery’s website, its operations manager must:

  • Organize, direct and evaluate the catering service
  • Staff recruitment and training
  • Shift planning
  • performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Purchasing and inventory control
  • Monitor income and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
  • Negotiate agreements with food and beverage suppliers
  • Organize and schedule food deliveries/events for corporate orders/events/group purchases/B2B orders
  • Manage customer comments and questions

For their efforts, they will be paid between S$2,700 and S$4,500 per month.

Salary and working hours are “negotiable”, although the manager must be able to work after 11 p.m.

Collaboration with Hundred Acre Creamery

Not much has been revealed about the coffee yet, but we do know that it’s a collaboration with Clementi’s famed Hundred Acre Creamery.

From the job advertisement, however, it seems that Low intends to grow the business in the future: “Join our team and grow with us! Together we will learn how to do business, manage a (few) coffee(s), and make them grow together!”

Only Creamery’s catering menu is currently missing from its site, but a brief description hints that they plan to offer a “wide range” of ice cream, sorbets, dairy-free waffles, Vietnamese coffee and tea. artisanal.

Customers can also preview flavors from the online store – those on sale include Strawberry Cheesecake, Honey Chrysanthemum, Hojicha Mochi and Peanut Butter Banana.
